1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing our services, requesting quotes, or placing orders with Gupta Timbertrader Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders & Quotations:

• All price quotations issued via email ([email protected]) or formal documentation are subject to stock availability and timber market price fluctuations.

• Custom timber cut-sizes, planks, logs, and processed wood orders (such as KD Pine or Thermowood) cannot be canceled or modified once cutting or processing has commenced.

3. Delivery & Inspection:

• Delivery is conducted via road freight, expressways, and national highways to designated customer locations.

• Customers or their authorized site representatives must inspect timber shipments immediately upon delivery. Any claims regarding quantity discrepancies or material defects must be reported in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.

4. Limitation of Liability:

Gupta Timbertrader Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper storage, incorrect installation, lack of seasoning, or misuse of timber products after delivery.

5. Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
